Hello again everyone! My apologies for being missing for the past couple of weeks. I was busy relocating, and never expected it to be such a harrowing experience.
Well, it’s back to doing what I love best – sharing my experiences and advice with my dear readers.
In my last article we had talked about how to organize a quick summer party to turn heads. In keeping with my promise, here are some more tips to take care of when you plan your summer bash up.
Do Monitor Your Directions
In order to get the best results, do not just hand over the keys to the decorators and expect them to read our mind like a bluetooth. Not only do you have to direct them with precision and accuracy, and you must also supervise their progress. At times you will need to goad them along to finish the theme within your deadline.
Use Your Negotiating Skills
Negotiation doesn’t have to be conflict and confrontation. It is simply a matter of getting your needs met while meeting the interests of the contractors. You need to negotiate with the contractors and ensure that quality work is completed within deadline without upsetting your budget.
Do Carry Out Your Research
Always do your research before spending a big amount. For instance, you can opt for curtains that match the wall colors. If you wish to add more glamour to your room then opt for neutral shade curtains for a classy feel.
Mix and match color combinations work well. If you are planning for a casual look then opt for bright colored curtains. There are reasonably priced curtains in bright colors too like peach dupioni curtains that suit all moods.
Reshuffle Your Assets
Reshuffle quickly the items that you feel would fit comfortably in a new location. If you have an expensive painting, statue or even some crystal decorations, highlight them in a new area.
Instead of showering the dining area with halogen lights, go for chandeliers. Highlighting certain corners and areas will enhance the overall décor of your pad without spending a fortune.
Get going for quick summer parties.
